Does God Always Keep His Promises? | Lamentations 3:22–23

Watch the Quick Truth reel: Does God Always Keep His Promises?

Have you ever wondered if God will keep His promises, even when life is difficult?

In Lamentations 3:22–23, the Bible reminds us that God’s faithful love never ends and His mercies are new every morning.

Jeremiah wrote these words while witnessing the destruction of Jerusalem because of Israel’s sin. Even in the midst of judgment and sorrow, he remembered God’s faithful character and found hope in His mercy.

The same is true for us today.

God’s faithfulness isn’t determined by our circumstances. It is rooted in His unchanging character.

Main Truth

Because God is faithful, we can trust that He will keep every promise He has made.

Application

When life feels uncertain, don’t measure God’s faithfulness by your circumstances.

Open God’s Word, remember His promises, and trust the One who always keeps them.

Soli Deo Gloria

To God alone be the glory.
